After getting a confusing quote and non-contract “contract” from Terminix I contacted this local company for a rental property I own. They were exactly the opposite– clear, pleasant, worked with my tenant directly for treatment options, billing was clear and timely etc.
If you are calling an exterminator, you are not happy. This company does a great job trying to make the experience as painless as possible!
